Coastal Trail
The Stewards have partnered with the Mendocino Land Trust (MLT), the McCollum family (owners of coast guard station 314), Friends of Point Arena-Stornetta Lands, the City of PA and BLM to create a trail connection from Arena Cove up to the existing bluff top trail on the Point Arena-Stornetta Lands.
Arena Cove Harbor Resiliency
The Stewards wrote the grant for $485,000 and have worked with the City of PA to develop plans and permit fortification and improvements to double the life span of the Arena Cove Fishing pier and other infrastructure in Arena Cove.
Arena Cove Boating Access
The Stewards wrote the Grant for $275,000 to replace the pier’s hoist, gangway and boarding ramp. They also aided in getting permits approved for this project. This is a City led project and ACS will provide information and community desires to support the City.
